Actio contraria

negotiorum gestorum - in Roman law, lega l proceedings in respect of gestio (negotiorum gestio) is granted gestorowi (negotiorum Gestor) against whose interest in the lead ing case (dominus negotii). Dominus negotii were obliged to bear all expenses incurred by the operator responsible, even though the action gestore not been a positive outcome. It should also liberate him from his adopted commitments. Handling of cases was in the interests of the person to whom it was conducted, therefore, it was responsible for the omnis culpa.
